Chain Story Collaboration Revisited

Fri Apr 3, 2009, 7:58 PM
:iconchristmassword: ABANDONED US IN OUR HOUR OF NEED, disappearing from the face of dA again and taking the names of all the wonderful deviants who volunteered for our dAbdl Chain Story project with him! But don't fret; the Chain Story has been RENEWED and REESTABLISHED under the management of none other than the magnificent :iconchethatton:, who had the marvelous idea of letting the writers choose their own rules! IT'S A WHOLE NEW KIND OF FREEDOM. Soooo step on up over to ~ChetHatton's journal (LOCATED HERE: [link])and sign up immediately! Post a rule while you're at it! This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance you don't wanna miss!

...what? I had fun with it.

So that's that. A chain story is exactly what it seems to be: one writer writes a chapter, another writes the next; so on and so forth. WE REALLY WANT VOLUNTEERS. C'MON GUYS. You know you want to ;D If you were originally put off by the limiting rules, well... now you can make sure that doesn't happen! And if you actually do decide to join, be sure to read this: [link] and post your opinion here: [link] (if you agree with that second comment. If not, well, say something else). You also gotta spread the word through your own journal, by copying Chet's. We'd like to get twelve people, but if there aren't twelve by the thirtieth of April, we'll kick it off then, one dozen or no one dozen.

I know this journal's kinda late, Chet. I more or less wrote the same thing once, but circumstances forced me to close without posting and I got discouraged. << Hope you don't mind my own version of the message.

And guys, I'm going to post art this weekend. I really mean it!

Oh gosh.
It's been more than six months, hasn't it?
Oops. >> Well, I'm still planning on making a comeback. I don't know when, though.
Thank-you for your prod, good sir. I apologize for appearing to jump ship, but here're sum sketches. They are not all completely recent, but a few might be worth a glance. [link]

Thanks for the watch!
Hi, I'm kinda new to this...

Sorry for my nick, had no idea there already was a deviant called Ognimod before me. Actually a quick Google search proved there's a lot of other Ognimods besides me. Although, I think I'm the only Ognimod who's into anthro characters.

I'll be watching you. See ya!

No need to apologize for picking the same name, unknowingly or otherwise. Honestly, I refer to myself more commonly on the Internets as "Senrei Domingo" and consider "Ognimod" more of a... username within a username? I sort of regret not choosing the same name for my dA, actually. I suspect your idea was to spell "Domingo" backwards, too ;D

I'll add that you'd have to be pretty open-minded or like-interested to watch me. And I actually do have a handful of anthro characters. To be honest, I originally took interest in anthro, but that interest sort of devolved into an interest in catgirls and the like.

Thanks ^^

"Ognimod" really wasn't my idea, but my mom's. She was helping me decide a good name for a Hotmail account back when I was maybe 12 and I picked "ognimodzednanreh". I liked it a lot and when I discovered anthros (long story...), I decided to use just "Ognimod" as a sort of furry-screen name. (I use "Domingo" for other, non anthro-related forums, though)

I'm not really as open-minded as I'd like to be... but I guess cute girls in diapers isn't a problem. Was browsing through yout gallery and already found several pictures I like.

Cool c: Guess every username has a history.

If you can actually like something so freaky-crazy, I'd say you are pretty darn open-minded. Glad to know you found some pics you liked =)
